To verify your identity, you may need a proof of identity (POI) , proof of address (POA)  and Source of Fund (SOF) document. The requirements may vary depending on your situation. Here are the documents we accept:

1. Proof of identity (POI)

A clear photo of a government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include:

• Passport
• National ID
• Driver’s License

Please ensure that you upload the reverse side of the ID if the expiry date and/or issue date are located there.

2. Proof of Address (POA)

The proof of address you provide must include your name, address, and issue date.
Choose one of the following:

• Water bill, electricity bill, gas bill, mobile phone bill, or credit card bill
  * Please ensure that the issue date of the relevant document is within 6 months and is consistent with the address you provided when registering.
• Driver's license, or National ID
  * Please ensure that the document is valid and consistent with the address you provided when registering.

You can complete the ID verification process through the Client's cabinet.

3. Source of Fund (SOF)

Source of Funds and Wealth Declaration Form or Bank Statement

• Cannot accept a credit card statement, bank certificate.

• Bank Statement must show history of transactions.

• Bank Statement issued within the last six months.
