[Pro rata by Equity]: Calculates the ratio of the provider's trade size to the account size (equity, taking into account unrealized profit and loss), adjusts the trade size so that it is the same ratio to the trader's account size, and copies it.

[Pro rata to Balance]: Calculates the ratio of the provider's trade size to the account size (balance, not taking into account unrealized profit and loss), and adjusts the trade size so that it is the same ratio to the trader's account size, and copies it.

Sometimes I can copy and sometimes I can't.
If you cannot copy trade, please check the following.
- In case of insufficient margin. → Please make a payment to your trading account.

- Please check the drawdown setting and check if it violates the maximum drawdown.
→If you are in conflict with the maximum drawdown, please reset the current price or deposit into your trading account.

What happens to the trade volume when choosing 'Prorate by Equity' if the base currency I am copying from is different from my base currency?
It will be converted to the base currency of the trader's linked account and traded in risk-calculated quantities.

What is Round up to minimum trade size and Copy existing trades when copying a signal?
Round up to minimum trade size is a feature that allows all trades from a provider to be copied regardless of the copier's trade size setting. For example, if the Round up to minimum trade size item is not checked, if the copier setting is fixed at 0.01, and the provider trades 0.1 lot, it will not be copied. If you check the item of Round up to minimum trade size, Round up will be applied and copies will be made at 0.1 lot.

Copy existing trades allows you to order the same positions already held by the provider when the copier selects and "copy" the provider. However, the order will be executed by the market price at the time of copy. Please be careful on that point.

How long does it take to receive a signal from the provider and trades are copied?
The latency between when a signal is sent by a provider and when it is received by a trader is not available.

Can I make the copy trades that I am copying as a trader available only to specified users?
You can make your profile private, but you cannot make it public to selected users only.

Can I copy trade with multiple accounts?
Yes, you can. Please add your trading account in the following way.

Can I logout from the app while copy trading?
Yes. Even if you log out, automatic copying will be performed unless you change the linkage of MT4/5.

Can I have multiple copy trades on the same account?
It is possible to copy multiple providers in the same MT4/5 account. Please understand that the cost will be paid to each provider, so the more providers you copy, the more fees will be charged.

Will the forced loss cut be triggered for copy trades as well?
Yes, Titan FX's normal loss cuts apply.
In addition, for risk management, it is also possible to set other drawdown settings. (Pelican Trading FAQ)

Why is the "unrealized P&L" not the same as the unrealized loss of the open position?
The "Positions" screen is updated in real-time, while the "Account" screen may not update in real-time. This can lead to differences in descriptions and values between the two screens.

What happens if I log out or stop copying during copy trading?

Even if you log out while copying, copy trading will continue unless you unlink your account.
The following message will be displayed when you stop copying.

・Continue mirroring open trades
→ New copying will stop, but existing open positions will copy closures by the provider.

・Close all open trades
→ All open trades copied by the provider will be closed when stopped.

・Manage trades manually
→ They will not be closed automatically. You will need to close them yourself.

Please note that if you unlink your account, copying will stop. In that case, you will need to manually close any open positions.

About using with Titan FX Social Provider

Do I need to open a new account to use Titan FX Social as a provider?
No, you can use your existing account.

Are there any conditions or screenings to become a signal provider?
Nothing in particular. When registering as a provider, it is necessary to submit something that shows the transaction records of the past 6 months, but you can register as a provider even if you do not have it.

I registered on the provider's side, but can everyone see my signal delivery?
By default, it is set to public, so other people can see it. Since there is a selection to make the profile private from the profile setting screen of the customer's account statement screen, it is possible to set it to private from there.

What are the rules for provider rewards and how do I receive the rewards I earn?
As a provider, you set your own reward, but there are no particular rules for that setting. Receipt of rewards is calculated at the end of each week and reflected in your MT4/5/ trading account registered as your signal provider on the 1st of the following week.

Do I have to register my profile with my real name?
Please register your profile with accurate personal information.
Regarding the name displayed on the app, the signal name will be displayed.

Is it okay to use an EA when working as a signal provider?
Yes.

Have you ever been unable to collect the commission because the copier withdraws at the timing when the commission is collected?
Pelican Trading checks the risk for transaction status and suspicious behavior.
If a copier repeatedly withdraws funds before the collection of fees, we may warn them to refrain from using the services.

Is it possible to specify the upper and lower limits of the set lot and account balance at the copy destination?
The trading volume can be set arbitrarily on the copier side.
For account balances, Signal Providers can indicate their approximate account balance in their profile.

Can family members copy the provider's trades?
Yes.

Do I have to be a Titan FX IB to become a Pelican provider?
No, you don't have to be a Titan FX IB.

How can I appear in the app's rankings?

The "Home" screen displays multiple rankings, each listing providers that meet the following criteria in order of highest return.

The maximum drawdown value is displayed on the profile screen. This value represents the largest decline from the peak, taking unrealized gains and losses into account, and always shows the highest value to date. It cannot be reset.

Glossary

- Performance fee 30% = 30% success fee. Charged weekly
- Mirror Master Size: Copy the transaction size of the provider you are copying as is.
- Fixed Size: If selected, trades will be made with the number of lots set by the trader.
- Proportional by Equity: Trades will be made with the size of the trader's account (effective margin, taking into account unrealized profits and losses) adjusted accordingly.
- Proportional by Balance: Trades will be made with the size of the trader's account (balance, not taking into account unrealized profits and losses) adjusted accordingly.
- Maximum Drawdown: Calculated using the following formula. (Loss tolerance rate against account funds)
Maximum Drawdown (%) = Loss amount ÷ Funds x 100
- High Water Mark: The highest amount your account balance can reach during the week. This is taken into account when calculating commission.
- Proportion: Used when a trade size other than "Fixed size" is selected.

Indicates the percentage of risk taken by the provider.

Example: When the trade size "Proportional distribution by equity" is selected and the provider's equity is 10,000 USD, and the copier's equity is 1,000 USD, if the provider trades 1,000 USD (10% of the equity), the copier's trade will change as follows depending on the setting method.

①1.0=100%

Takes 10% risk against the equity, the same as the provider

→1,000USD x 10% = trade 100USD

②0.8=80%

Takes 80% of the provider's risk. Take a risk of 10% x 80% = 8% on equity

→1,000 USD x 10% x 0.8 = 80 USD trade

- Round up to minimum trade size: A function that allows you to copy all trades from the provider regardless of the copier's trade size setting.

If this item is not checked, copying will not be performed if the calculation result of "pro rata distribution by equity" does not meet the minimum trade lot. If this item is checked, round up will be applied and copying will be performed at the minimum trade lot.

- Copy existing trades: When a copier selects a provider and "copies", they can order the same position as a position the provider already holds. However, the order will be placed at the price at which the copier "copies". Please be aware of this.

Compensation calculation example

Example 1: Deposit 100 USD → No transaction at all. The balance remains at 100 USD = no fees

Example 2: 100 USD deposit → 10 USD loss on the trade. 100 USD at the time of deposit is the maximum weekly amount, and since this amount has not been exceeded, there is no fee.

Example 3: 100 USD deposit → 10 USD profit on trading. The balance will be 110USD → 100USD < 110USD, and the fee will be applied to the profit of this 10USD. (→In the next week, 110 USD minus the fee will be the high water mark, and profit and loss will be calculated based on that.)

Example 4: 100 USD deposit → 20 USD loss in transaction 1, then 10 USD profit in transaction 2 → balance 90 USD < deposit amount (balance at the beginning of the week) 100 USD, no fees. (→The next week's high water mark will be the highest balance ever of 100 USD, and profit and loss will be calculated based on that.)
