[If you are participating in a trading contest for the first time]

1. Click on "Register" from the link in the email we sent you or on our website.

You will be redirected to the following page, so click on "Register" in the top right.

After that, you will be taken to the sign-up screen shown below, so fill in the necessary information and click on "Sign up".

*Please enter your username using alphabetic characters or numbers. (*Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji characters cannot be used.)
*Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers.

②You will receive an email with the subject "Titan FX Competitions - User Registration". (If an email is sent in English, the subject will be "Titan FX Competitions - User Registration".)
Click on "Login to Portal" in this email. (Login details are not included in this email.)
*If you do not receive the email, please check to see if it has been received in a location other than your inbox, such as spam.

③You will be redirected to the portal login screen, so please log in to the portal using the email and password you registered in ①.

④After logging in to the portal, a list of contests will be displayed. Click the "Register" button for the contest you would like to participate in.

⑤Clicking the "Register" button above will register you for "Titan FX Competitions - You will receive an email with the title "Details of the contest you are participating in". (If you receive an email in English, the title will be "Titan FX Competitions - Welcome To The Competition!")

This email contains your demo account login and password, so please use it to log in to your demo account for the contest.

[If you have participated in a trading contest in the past and would like to participate in a new contest]

①You can already log in to the portal. When you click on an email from us or a link on our website, you will see the page below, so click on "Login" in the upper right.

You will then proceed to the login screen of the portal site, so please enter the email address and password you registered with the portal.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" and reset your password.

②After logging in to the portal, a list of contests will be displayed. Click the "Register" button for the contest you want to participate in.

③When you click the "Register" button above, you will receive an email with the title "Titan FX Contest - Details of the contest you are participating in". (If an email is sent in English, the subject will be "Titan FX Competitions - Welcome To The Competition!").

This email will contain the login and password for your new demo account for the contest, so please use it to log in to your demo account for the contest.

If you cannot confirm the password for your MT5 demo account for contests

You can resend your login password information from the contest portal site. Click here to log in to the portal site

After logging in to the portal, select "Registered Contests" and click on "Trading Account Login Details" under the account number of the contest you have participated in for which you would like to have your password resent. Click on that and then click on "Resend MT5 Password" to resend your demo account password.

The subject of the resent email will be "Titan FX Contest - Resend Login Information" and the sender will be support@contests.titanfx.com.

*If you have checked your spam folder but have not received an email containing your portal registration or contest demo account login information, please contact support@titanfx.com.

How to check if you do not know your MT5 demo account login information for contests

1. How to check by email

When you register for each contest on the portal site, you will receive an email with the following title.

"Titan FX Contest - Participating Contest Details" or "Titan FX Competitions - Welcome To The Competition!"

The email contains the login information for the contest, so please check there.

2. How to check on the portal site
After logging in to the portal site, go to "Registered Contests" and click "Trading Account Login Details" listed under the account number of the contest you have participated in for which you would like to view the login information. You can check your account number and server.

Regarding your password, please click "Resend MT5 Password" and check it by email.
