Customers are liable for any transaction fees (miner fee, gas fee etc.) incurred when sending Cryptocurrencies to Titan FX.

A 30-minute timer will be set to transfer the Cryptocurrency using a fixed rate, otherwise, the transaction will still be processed but using the prevailing rate (spot rate).

Conditions under which a fixed rate of 30 minutes will be applied are:

• The 30-minutes fixed rate will be applied to BTC, ETH,, LTC, BCH, USDT
• The amount should be less than 4,000 EUR
• When the fund arrives within 30mins to Titan FX.

Conditions under which a spot rate (prevailing rate) is applied are:

• Deposit made by Cryptocurrency other than BTC, ETH,, LTC, BCH, USDT are sent (regardless of the amount)
• BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, USDT are sent but the amount is 4,000 EUR and more
• When the funds took more than 30 mins to arrive (regardless of the coin)
