[How to set up two-step authentication using SMS]

1) Click your name at the top right of the screen>Click “Security Settings”

Or click "Profile" > "Change two-step verification".

2) Click “Set” for SMS authentication

3) Enter a phone number that can receive SMS and click "Send verification code"

4) Enter the one-time password written in the sent SMS and click "Authenticate"
*You can resend the SMS after 30 seconds.

5) Setting completed

An email will be sent to you after registration.

[How to set up two-step authentication using the Google Authenticator app]

1) Click your name at the top right of the screen>Click “Security Settings”

Or click "Profile" > "Change two-step verification".

2) Click “Set” for Google Authentication System

3) If you have not installed the Google Authenticator app, install it.

4) Launch the Google Authenticator app and log in with your Google account

5) Read the QR code from "Add code" in the Google Authenticator app or enter the code to add it.

6) A 6-digit number will be displayed under "Titan FX", so enter the number displayed at that time in the client cabinet "Step 3" and click "Set up two-factor authentication". do. (One-time passwords change every 30 seconds. Please use the one displayed at that time.)

*If you enter the wrong information three times, you will need to cancel. If you cancel, you will not be able to use the same code the next time you register, so delete the old code (on Android, press and hold the code → trash can mark; on iPhone, press and hold the code → pencil mark → trash can mark), and a new code will be displayed in the client cabinet. [How to cancel two-step verification (common)]

1) Click your name at the top right of the screen > click “Security Settings”. Or click "Profile" > "Change two-step verification".

2) Click “DISABLE” on the right side of the two-step verification that has been set.

3) Enter the 6-digit one-time password obtained from the two-step authentication method you have set up and click "Cancel 2FA"
*If you are unable to cancel the code, such as by accidentally deleting the code on the Google Authenticator app or by not using your registered phone number, please contact customer support.

4) Cancellation completed. An email will be sent to notify you of the cancellation.

*Notes on canceling two-step authentication using Google Authenticator
Once you cancel, you will no longer be able to use any one-time passwords registered in Google Authenticator before cancellation.
When setting up again, you will not be able to use the same code the next time you register, so delete the old code (on Android, press and hold the code → trash can mark; on iPhone, press and hold the code → pencil mark → trash can mark), and create a new client.
