To enhance the security of your Client Cabinet, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app.
Once 2FA is enabled, you will be required to enter a verification code (one-time password) generated by your authenticator app when logging in.
Examples of compatible authenticator apps include:
Log in to your Titan FX Client Cabinet.
Tap the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings from the menu.
Under Security Settings, find Two-Factor Authentication and tap Enable.
When the pop-up window appears, tap Set Up Two-Factor Authentication.
On the setup method selection screen, select Authenticator App.
If you do not have an authenticator app installed on your smartphone, download one from the App Store or Google Play before continuing.
Open your authenticator app and select Add a code, tap the + icon, or select the equivalent option available in your app.
Use the authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed in your Client Cabinet.
💡 If you are unable to scan the QR code:
Use the manual setup key displayed on the screen and enter it manually into your authenticator app.
Once you have successfully scanned the QR code or entered the setup key manually, tap Next.
Your authenticator app will display a 6-digit verification code for Titan FX.
Enter the code currently displayed in your authenticator app into Step 3 of the Client Cabinet setup screen, then tap Confirm.
Important: The verification code (one-time password) refreshes every 30 seconds. Please make sure you enter the latest code currently displayed in your authenticator app.
When the setup completion screen appears, tap OK.
Once the setup has been completed successfully, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to your registered email address.
