By setting up 2-step authentication from the client cabinet using the following method, you can increase security by requiring a one-time password to be entered when withdrawing funds or changing your MT4/5 password.

[How to set up 2-step authentication using SMS (short message)]

①Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen > Click "Security settings"

Or click "Profile" > "Change 2-step authentication".

②Click "Enable" for SMS authentication

③Enter a phone number that can receive SMS and click "Send authentication code"

④Enter the one-time password written in the SMS sent and click "Authenticate"

※SMS can be resent after 30 seconds have passed.

⑤Settings complete

An email will be sent after registration.

 [How to Set Up Two-Step Authentication Using an Authenticator App]

 ① From your account dashboard, click your name in the upper right corner and select Security settings.

Alternatively, go to Profile → Change two-step authentication.

 ② Under Authenticator App, click Enable.
 ③ Install an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) if you do not already have one installed on your device.
 ④ Open your authenticator app and add a new account.
 ⑤ In the app, scan the QR code displayed in your account dashboard, or choose enter code manually to add the account.
 ⑥ A six-digit one-time password (OTP) will now appear in the app under Titan FX.
 In your account dashboard, Step 3, enter the current six-digit code from the app and click Set up two-step authentication.

Note: This password updates every 30 seconds. Enter the one currently displayed.

 

⚠️ Important:
If you enter the wrong code three times, the setup will be canceled.
If canceled, you must:

  • Remove the old code from your app.
    (Android: Long-press the entry → tap the trash icon.
    iPhone: Long-press → pencil icon → delete.)
  • Start setup again and scan a new QR code displayed in your dashboard.
 

⑦ Upon successful setup, you will see a confirmation message and receive an email confirming two-step authentication is now active.

 

[How to disable 2-step authentication (common)]

 ① Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen > Click "Security settings". Or click "Profile" > "Change 2-step authentication".

② Click "Disable" to the right of the set 2-step authentication

③ Enter the 6-digit one-time password obtained by the set 2-step authentication method and click "Disable 2FA"

※ If you cannot disable it because you accidentally deleted the code on the Google Authenticator app or the registered phone number is not available, please contact customer support.

④ Disabled. An email will be sent to inform you of the disablement.

※ Notes on disabling 2-step authentication using Google Authenticator
Once disabled, the one-time password registered in Google Authenticator before disabling will no longer be usable.
When setting up again, you will not be able to use the same code the next time you register, so please delete the old code (on Android, press and hold the code → trash can icon, on iPhone, press and hold the code → pencil icon → trash can icon) and scan the new QR code displayed in the client cabinet.
