For PC Users (MT4):

1. Launch MT4 and navigate to "File" -> "Open Data Folder."
2. Open the "logs" folder and select the date of your choice.

For Smartphone Users (MT4):

1. Open MT4 and go to "Settings" -> "Journal."
2. Choose the desired date.
3. Tap the email button on the top right corner, add a description of at least 20 characters, and tap "Complete."
4. Change the recipient address to the Support Team (support@titanfx.com) and send the email.

How to Retrieve a Log File in MT5:

For PC:

1. Open MT5 and select "File" -> "Open data folder."
2. Navigate to the "logs" folder.

For iPhone (MT5):

1. Open the MT5 app and access the journal via "Settings" -> "Log display."
2. Choose the relevant date.

For Android (MT5):

1. Access the "Log history" from the app.
2. Select the desired date from the calendar on the top right.
