Downloading MT4/MT5 Account Statements

Introduction:
Keeping a complete record of your trading activity is important for tracking your performance, reviewing past trades, and even for tax or auditing purposes. Titan FX now makes it easy for you to download your MT4 or MT5 account statements directly from your Client Cabinet. You can choose a specific date range or download the full account history, and you can get your statements in PDF or Excel (XLSX) format. This feature works for both current and archived accounts, giving you quick access to all your trading records whenever you need them.

Here’s how to do it:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to Client Cabinet

  • Use your usual Titan FX credentials to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to Statements

  • On the left-hand menu, click Tools → Statements.

  • You’ll see a list of all your trading accounts.

Step 3: Select the Account and Generate Statement

  • Find the trading account you want to download a statement for.

  • Click Generate Statement under that account.

Step 4: Choose Statement Type

  • Custom Date – select a specific start and end date to get a statement for a certain period.

  • Full History – download the entire account history from the first trade to the most recent.

Step 5: Select File Format

  • Choose either PDF or Excel (XLSX) based on your preference.

Step 6: Generate and Download

  • Click Download.

  • Your statement will automatically download or appear in your browser’s file manager.


    Understanding Your Statement File Name

  • Your statement file will have a name like:

  • TitanFX_MT5_9158363_Live_Statement_2026-01-01_to_2026-01-19.pdf

  • Here’s what it means:

  • TitanFX – the broker name

  • MT4 / MT5 – the platform of the account

  • 9158363 – your trading account number

  • Live Statement – shows this is a live account statement

  • 2026-01-01_to_2026-01-19 – the date range you selected

  • .pdf / .xlsx – the file format

  • This naming format makes it easy to organize and locate your statements for record-keeping.

  • Additional Notes

  • Works for current and archived accounts.

  • Full History downloads everything in one click.

  • If the download fails, check your internet connection and try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact Customer Support.
