Deposit procedure for Local bank transfer (Japan residence only)

How do I make a deposit via Domestic Bank Transfer?

Identity verification must be completed before you can use Domestic Bank Transfer.

Once your identity verification has been completed, initiate a deposit from the Client Cabinet and transfer the funds to the bank account details displayed on the screen.

The beneficiary bank account details may differ for each deposit request. Do not transfer funds to a bank account used for a previous deposit. Always initiate a new deposit request through the Client Cabinet and confirm the latest beneficiary bank account details displayed on the screen.

Before making a deposit, please note the following:

  • Domestic Bank Transfer is available only after your identity verification documents have been submitted and approved. If “Domestic Bank Transfer” is not displayed on the deposit page, please submit your identity verification documents through the Client Cabinet.

  • The minimum deposit amount for Domestic Bank Transfer is JPY 5,000.

Beneficiary Bank Account Details

The beneficiary bank account details will be displayed after you initiate a deposit request through the Client Cabinet.

The beneficiary bank account details may differ for each deposit request. Do not reuse a bank account from a previous deposit. Always transfer funds to the beneficiary bank account displayed in the Client Cabinet for your current deposit request.

If you transfer funds to a previously used beneficiary bank account or use saved bank account details, your deposit may be delayed or the funds may need to be refunded.

Transfer Code Expiry

The transfer code is normally valid for 7 days.

However, the validity period may vary depending on the payment service provider.

If the transfer code has expired, please submit a new deposit request.

Important Information When Making a Transfer

Please note the following when making a bank transfer:

  • The transfer must be made from a bank account held in your own name.

  • Cash transfers are not accepted.

  • You can make a deposit from any bank in Japan.

  • Always confirm the beneficiary bank account details displayed in the Client Cabinet for each deposit.

  • If a remarks/reference field is displayed when making the transfer, please leave it blank.

  • If specific instructions are provided for the remitter name or transfer code, please enter the information exactly as displayed on the screen.

Remitter Name

If a specific remitter name is displayed on the screen, please make the transfer using the specified name.

Uppercase and lowercase English letters are not distinguished. If your bank only allows names to be entered in Katakana, you may make the transfer using Katakana. Depending on the payment service provider, Katakana may be required.

If you are unable to enter the specified remitter name or transfer code, your deposit may require manual processing.

You do not need to enter your trading account number in the remitter name.

Deposit Processing Time

Domestic Bank Transfer deposits are normally credited to your trading account within 1 hour to 1 business day of your bank after we confirm receipt of the funds.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank’s processing status, the transfer details, and whether the remitter name was entered correctly.

Once your deposit has been credited, you will receive an email titled “Titan FX: Domestic Bank Transfer Deposit Completed.”

If Your Deposit Has Not Been Credited

If your deposit has not been credited, please check the following:

  • Did you initiate the deposit request through the Client Cabinet?

  • Did you transfer the funds to the correct beneficiary bank account displayed on the screen?

  • Was the transfer amount correct?

  • Was the transfer made from a bank account held in your own name?

  • Did you enter the specified remitter name or transfer code?

  • Has the estimated deposit processing time already passed?

If further verification is required, we may ask you to provide supporting documents, such as a bank transfer receipt or transaction statement.

If your deposit has still not been credited after 1 business day of your bank, please contact Customer Support and provide the requested information.
