If you want to update your personal information, we need to verify your identity first. Here's what you should do:

1. Send a request from your registered email address to support@titanfx.com. In your email, include the following information:
   • Your name.
   • Your MT account number.
   • Details of the change you want to make.
2. Make sure to provide both your current information (before the change) and the new information (after the change).

Specific Requirements:

• Changing Email Address: If you're changing your email address, we'll need a copy of your photo ID 

• Changing Residential Address: For a change of residential address, we require new address proof documents issued within the last 6 months.

*We can accommodate name changes due to events such as marriage; however, we are unable to change the ownership of trading accounts.
