Deposit procedure

1. After logging in to the client cabinet , click "Deposit" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. From the list under "Select the account to deposit," select the account you want to deposit to.
3. From "Select deposit method," select "bitwallet."
4. Select the amount from the list under "Select or specify the deposit amount," or enter the desired amount directly in the "Or specify amount" field.

5. Click "Deposit ***" (*** is the amount to deposit) to move to the bitwallet login screen, where you can log in and transfer the money.

*Remittances can only be made from bitwallet accounts registered with the same name and email address as those registered with our company. Please make sure that your registration information is the same as that of bitwallet.

6. After completing the procedure, the changes will be reflected in your trading account immediately and you will receive a completion notification to your registered email address.

Registered email address

If the registered email address of your bitwallet account is different from the registered email address of your Titan FX account, please change one of the email addresses to unify them.

If you would like to change the email address of your Titan FX account, please contact support@titanfx.com from your registered email address and include your name, MT account number, and the email address you would like to change, along with a photo of your ID.
