Apple Pay Deposits

Apple Pay Deposits Now Available

We are pleased to announce that Apple Pay has been added as a deposit method. You can now deposit funds using Visa or MasterCard registered with Apple Pay directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

Important Information:

  • Eligibility: To use Apple Pay, you must have a valid Apple ID and a compatible device. Apple Pay is available only in regions and on devices where it is supported.
  • Supported Browsers: Apple Pay is supported only in the Safari browser on Mac and iPhone.
  • Accepted Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please note that gift cards and prepaid cards cannot be used, as stated in the Client Cabinet Terms and Conditions.
  • Processing Time: Deposits via Apple Pay are processed instantly. However, delays may occur due to network issues or additional verification requirements.
  • Fees: Titan FX does not charge any fees for deposits made using Apple Pay. However, your card issuer may apply fees as per their terms and conditions.
  • Corporate Accounts:
    • If your corporate account has only one director, you may deposit using a corporate card with a verifiable corporate name or a personal card in the director's name.
    • For accounts with multiple directors, only corporate cards with a verifiable corporate name can be used. Personal cards are not permitted.

How to Make a Deposit via Apple Pay:

  1. Login to Client Cabinet: Go to the 'DEPOSIT' section from the left-side menu.

  2. Select Apple Pay: Choose 'Apple Pay' as your deposit method.

    Note: If your device is not compatible with Apple Pay, the option will be disabled, and a notification will explain why. Apple Pay is available only on iPhones and macOS using Safari.

  3. Choose Currency and Amount: Select the currency and amount you wish to deposit.

    Note: The expiration time for an Apple Pay deposit in pre-pending status is 15 minutes.

  4. Redirect to Wallet: After clicking the "Apple Pay" button, you will be redirected to your device’s wallet.

    Note: Apple Pay is only supported in Safari. Using other browsers will result in an error message.

  5. Authenticate Payment: Confirm the transaction using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Pay passcode.

    Note: Even if you close the payment window after confirming in Apple Wallet, the transaction will still be processed.

  6. Click the arrow to go back to the previous page.

   7. Transaction Confirmation: Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation.

The deposit will be reflected in your MT account immediately.
